For sixty years Belstead House has provided a centre for education, training and personal development, but what is known about the lives of those who inhabited the house before it was taken into public ownership? Janet Dann, for ten years on the staff at Belstead, reveals some personalities whose lives and work have had an impact, both locally and further afield.
